Nominations are being accepted for this year's Greater Omaha Business Excellence Awards, a program of the Omaha Chamber that recognizes standouts in business.

Companies or individuals can nominate themselves or be nominated for: business woman, corporate citizen, innovator, minority business and nonprofit organization.

Nominations are due by Valentine's Day, Feb. 14, and will be reviewed by a committee of chamber volunteers.

Winners of the 2014 awards are to be honored at a luncheon May 13.

A more thorough description of the awards and criteria can be found at OmahaChamber.org/ExcellenceAwards.
