Authorities arrested a 27-year-old man early Thursday in connection with the robbery of a convenience store in northwest Omaha.
Omaha police said Christopher James, 27, was arrested on suspicion of robbery and use of a weapon to commit a felony.
James allegedly held up the Kum & Go on the southwest corner of 120th and Blondo Streets about 3:15 a.m.
Douglas County 911 emergency dispatchers told officers that James, armed with a pipe or baton, robbed the store and fled to the north. Police found James near 121st Street and Patrick Avenue, where he was arrested.
