Authorities are asking for help finding a suspect in a Ralston bank robbery.
The robbery occurred at about 3:15 p.m. Monday at the Wells Fargo on 84th and L streets, FBI spokeswoman Sandy Breault said.
The suspect, described as a 5-foot-8-inch black male weighing 200 pounds, entered the bank a couple of times, said Ralston Deputy Police Chief Marc Leonardo.
Leonardo said the suspect entered the bank earlier before returning a second time and completing the robbery. He declined to release any further details of how the suspect perpetrated the robbery.
The suspect was last seen leaving the bank on foot and headed southbound, Leonardo said. No one was injured in the incident, Breault said.
Anyone with information about the man’s identity or whereabouts is asked to contact the FBI at 402-493-8688 or the Ralston Police Department at 402-331-1786.
Breault urged people not to approach the suspect.
