A man walking across Dodge Street was seriously injured Tuesday when he was struck by a sedan, Omaha police said.
John A. Nussrallah, 46, was crossing Dodge north, against a red traffic light and walk signal at 50th Street about 6:15 p.m. when he was hit, police said.
The pedestrian was struck by an eastbound 2007 Hyundai Sonata driven by Danielle M. Martinec, 32, of Omaha, police said.
Martinec said she didn’t see the pedestrian, police said.
Nussrallah was taken to the Nebraska Medical Center to be treated for a non-life-threatening head injury and bumps and bruises.
