Do you know your “value archetype?”

Nick Wolff can help you figure it out using his “Wolff Values Questionnaire.”

In a Jan. 8 breakfast program, the Bellevue University adjunct professor of management will demonstrate how to use his questionnaire to identify personal values and be better able to manage conflicts in and out of the workplace.

Participants will learn how to communicate with those who have different value systems.

The Nebraska Chapter of the American Society for Training & Development will host the event from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 8 at the Scott Conference Center, 6450 Pine St.

Register for $20 through Thursday, Jan. 2. Registration for $25 begins Jan. 3. Registration is $35 for non-members of the ASTD and for those who register the day of the program.

ASTD is a professional organization dedicated to the training and development field.
