Dante Ristorante will have a New Year’s Eve price fix menu on Dec. 31.

The three-course menu is $35 per person before tax and tip. For an additional $20 guests can pair wine with each course.

Dinner choices include a first course of Nebraska beef carpaccio and pickled Mushrooms with olive oil, a second course of Maine lobster ravioli with Shadowbrook Farms chčvre, tarragon and vanilla bean, and a third course of wood-oven braised quail with soft polenta.

The restaurant will also serve its regular menu. For more information, or to make a reservation, call 402-932-3078. Dante is at 16901 Wright Plz.

Fleming’s Steakhouse will serve a three-course price fix menu on New Year’s Eve.

The meal, which is $69.95 a person before tax and tip, features a first course of roasted prosciutto-wrapped shrimp with tomato jam and cilantro and the choice of salad, followed by a Filet Mignon paired with an eight-ounce lobster tail.

Other specials: A featured wine pairing, Gloria Ferrer Sonoma Brut, will be $12 a glass and a special dessert will be available, a black and white roulade with lemon custard and blueberry sauce for $9.95.

At Lot 2, a four course price fix menu for the New Year includes lots of choices.

The meal, $75 before tax or tip, has choices for each course. First course choices are either scallops or tete de cochon, second course choices are carbonara or foie gras, third course choices are bone-in filet, lobster stuffed with white fish or a double cut pork chop, and dessert choices are a corn cake or date tart.

Wine pairings are available for an additional $20.
