2 Nebraska Crossing eateries expected to open this week

The Burger Star and Big Cheese restaurants at Nebraska Crossing Outlets are expected to open Friday. The two restaurants are operated by Omaha-based Cutchall Management.

Burger Star, which is relocating to the Gretna outlet retail center from its original 72nd and Pacific Streets location, will offer ground beef burgers, fresh-cut fries, milkshakes and up to 18 beers on tap.

Big Cheese, a grilled gourmet cheese sandwich concept offering 10 cheese sandwiches, soups, salads, bakery goods, locally made ice cream and a selection of 12 wines, will share dining space with Burger Star. The two restaurants, however, will have separate service counters.
