A running list of restaurants open on Christmas Eve and/or Day

Meanwhile, here's what is open on Tuesday and Wednesday:

The Bohemian Cafe

The Bohemian Cafe will be open Christmas Eve from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The restaurant will be running a special on gift cards. Customers who spend $100 on a gift card will get $20 free.

The restaurant is at 1406 S 13th St. Call 402-342-9838 for information.

Vincenzo's

Vincenzo's will be open Christmas Eve from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. serving its regular menu and two holiday specials. Happy hour in the bar area runs from 3-6 p.m. and reservations are recommended.

Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery

Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery in the Old Market will be open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Christmas Eve. It will serve its full menu. The Rock Bottom will be closed on Christmas Day.

Lalibela Ethiopian

Lalibela Ethiopian will be open Christmas Eve and Christmas Day from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

The restaurant is at 4422 Cass St.; call 402-991-5662 for more information.

Cascio's Restaurant

Cascio's Restaurant will be open for dinner Christmas Eve from 4:30 to 8 p.m.

The restaurant is at 1620 S. 10th St. For more information, call 402-345-8313. Salt

Salt will be open Christmas Eve from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

The restaurant is at 3623 N. 129th St. For more information, call 402-991-9088. The Grey Plume

The Grey Plume is serving its annual Christmas Eve lunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday. Reservations are required. The menu will feature items from the restaurant's past brunch and current dinner menu. The winners of the holiday ugly sweater contest — bring out your most garish for the meal — will win a dinner for two at the restaurant, 220 S. 31st Ave.

Big Red Restaurant and Sports Bar

All four locations of Big Red Restaurant and Sports Bar will be open until 5 p.m. on Christmas Eve. The restaurants will reopen at 5 p.m. Christmas Day and serve dinner. The restaurants are at 8100 Cass St. in Omaha, 2323 Laverna St. in Fremont, 955 West O St. in Lincoln and 2101 West Pasewalk Ave. in Norfolk.

B&B Classic Dogs

B&B Classic Dogs will be open until 3 p.m. Christmas Eve, serving more than 20 styles of hot dogs. The Bellevue restaurant is at 1020 Lincoln Road. For more information, visit bbclassicdogs.com.

Hiro and Hiro 88

Hiro and Hiro 88 restaurants will be open regular business hours on Christmas Eve: in the Old Market from 11 a.m. to midnight, with a reverse happy hour from 10 p.m. to close, and in west Omaha from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Pana 88

Pana 88 in Midtown Crossing will be open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Christmas Eve and will offer a buy-one-get-one-free deal on dinner entrťes after 5 p.m.

The Shark Club

The Shark Club, 2808 S. 72nd St., will be open for lunch, dinner and drinks from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. Christmas Eve and for dinner starting at 4 p.m. Christmas Day. To check out the full menu, visit OmahaSharkClub.com.

Horseshoe Casino

At Horseshoe Casino in Council Bluffs, Jack Binion's Steakhouse will be open from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on both days and will be serving steaks and seafood.

The Village Square Buffet will be open for lunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Christmas Eve and for dinner from 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. Christmas Eve. Lunch is $13.99 and dinner is $18.99. Selections will include honey glazed ham, whole roasted turkey, slow cooked roast beef, fried chicken, pasta and desserts.

On Christmas Day, the buffet will be open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. For $23.99, diners can eat prime rib, honey glazed ham, whole roasted turkey, broiled salmon, fried shrimp, pasta, desserts and more.

JB's Cafe, at the casino, will be open 24 hours on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, serving breakfast all day, along with soups, sandwiches, burgers, salads and pizza.

Harrah's Casino

Harrah's Casino's 360 Steakhouse will be open from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Christmas Day, serving steaks, chicken, pork chops and fresh seafood.

The Council Bluffs casino's Fresh Market Square Buffet will be open for lunch from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and for dinner from 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. Christmas Eve. Lunch is $12.99 and dinner is $16.99. Selections include honey glazed ham, slow cooked roast beef, roast turkey breast, pizza, pasta and desserts.

On Christmas Day, the buffet will be open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. For $20.99 all day, diners can eat prime rib, whole roasted turkey, honey glazed ham, pizza, pasta, desserts and more.

The Stir Cove Backstage Grill will be open 24 hours on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, serving breakfast all day, along with soups, sandwiches, burgers, salads and pizza.

The Stadium Club and JD Tuckers

The Stadium Club and JD Tuckers, 418 S. 10th St. in the Old Market, will be open on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and running holiday specials both days. Christmas Eve hours are 2 p.m. to 2 a.m., and the bar will run an all-day special of a $5 half-pound burger and french fries. On Christmas Day, hours are 4 p.m. to 2 a.m., and boneless wings will be 50 cents each.

Omaha Prime

Omaha Prime, in the Old Market, will be open Christmas Eve. The restaurant will open at 4 p.m. and offer a three-course price fixed menu for $29.95 per person as well as its regular menu.

Mac's Cafe

Mac's Cafe in Fremont will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Christmas Eve and from 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Christmas Day. The restaurant is at 1755 N. Bell St. For more information, call 402-620-4489.

Mel's Diner

Mel's Diner in Fremont will be open from 5:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Christmas Eve and 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. Christmas Day. Mel's is at 4240 N. Broad St. For more information, call 402-721-9779.

Mangia Italiana

Mangia Italiana, 6516 Irvington Road, is open for lunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Christmas Eve. The restaurant is also offering take-away lasagna or mostaccioli and meatballs, among other dishes, which diners can pick up to serve at their holiday meal. For more information, call 402-614-0600.

A+ Buffet & Mongolian Grill

A+ Buffet & Mongolian Grill, 144th and West Center Road, is open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Christmas Day. The restaurant will serve a special meal for $8.95 a person, which includes a drink.

Jaipur Brewing Company and Restaurant

Jaipur Brewing Company and Restaurant will be open from 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The restaurant is at 10922 Elm St. For more information, call 402-392-7331.

Ryan's Bistro

Ryan's Bistro will be open with its regular menu on Christmas Eve. The restaurant opens at 11 a.m. and will take its last reservation at 8 p.m. The restaurant is at 17607 Gold Plaza. For more information, call 402-614-2202.

Nebraska Brewing Company

Nebraska Brewing Company, in the Shadow Lake Towne Center, will be open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Christmas Eve. The restaurant will run a special on growler refills, including $8 refills for standard beers and $11 for Hop God and Double Hopicide refills.

Denny's

Last year more than 1.3 million people dined at Denny's on Christmas. The chain diner will once again be open this holiday. Christmas Day's most popular menu item is the build-your-own Grand Slam breakfast. This year the chain will serve its regular menu along with one tied to the movie “The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug.”

Szechuan Express

Szechuan Express will be open from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The restaurant is at 315 N. 114th St. For more information, call 402-330-9779.

Pla Too Thai Cuisine

Pla Too Thai Cuisine will be open on Christmas Eve. The restaurant, at 12775 Q St., will be open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Customers who order two meals and two drinks will get a free dessert. The special continues through Dec. 27.

Caniglia's Venice Inn

Caniglia's Venice Inn will be open Christmas Eve for lunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and dinner from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. The restaurant is at 6920 Pacific St. For more information, call 402-556-3111.

Indian Oven

The Indian Oven is a holiday tradition for many, and it will be open on Christmas Eve again this year, as it has been since it opened in 1984. It will be open for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and dinner from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. The restaurant is in the Old Market, at 1010 Howard St. For more information, call 402-880-3609.

China Road

Bellevue's China Road will be open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Christmas Eve. The restaurant is at 4006 Twin Creek Drive. For more information, call 402-291-8855.

Dudley's Pizza

Dudley's Pizza, new in Aksarben Village, will be open Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The restaurant is open on Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on Wednesday from 4 p.m. to midnight. Both days, appetizers will be $1 off.
