Pizza Ranch sets opening dates for Papillion, Lincoln

Papillion's first Pizza Ranch will open Nov. 25 at 8810 S. 71st Plaza.

The Lincoln location, on North 84th Street at 8420 Lexington Ave., will open on Nov. 18, owner Jess Meekma said. About 90 people were hired to staff the Lincoln location and about 110 people were hired to staff the Papillion location.

The restaurant will feature pizza, chicken and salads.

Pizza Ranch has more than 175 restaurants in 12 states in the Midwest, including locations in Omaha, south of 84th Street and West Center Road, and in Council Bluffs, Columbus, and West Point.
