Singer and songwriter Cat Power will bring her solo tour to Omaha in a few short weeks.
The artist burst back onto the scene last year with “SUN,” her first original record in six years. Cat Power, also known as Chan Marshall, wrote, produced and recorded the album all on her own. The soulful and upbeat record is more electronic, far different from her previous, more melancholy work.
Cat Power is set to perform at Slowdown on Nov. 22. Tickets are on sale now. They're $22.50 in advance and $25 the day of the show. Doors will open at 8 p.m., and the show starts at 9.
