Infusion Brewing Co. is open for business.

The brewery at 6115 Maple St. in Benson, will be open Mondays through Wednesdays from 3 p.m.-midnight, Thursdays and Fridays from 3 p.m.-2 a.m., Saturdays from noon-2 a.m., and Sundays from noon-midnight, said taproom manager Michaela Lucas.

Lucas said, the brewery, owned by Bill Baburek, who also owns the Crescent Moon Ale House in Midtown, will feature eight locally made ales: Bedford Park Black IPA, Second Base IPA, Butcher Block Brown Ale, White Stone Wheat, Joel Porter, Maiden Voyage American Stout, Pulley Man Pale Ale and a yet-to-be-named blonde ale.

It won't feature a full menu but will have locally made sausage, cheese and bread.
