Jay Z to play Lincoln's Pinnacle Bank Arena

Hip-hop superstar Jay Z has announced dates for his "Magna Carta World Tour," which includes a Dec. 1 stop at Pinnacle Bank Arena in Lincoln.

Jay Z is riding a wave of success after releasing the double platinum "Magna Carta... Holy Grail" and then embarking on the "Legend of the Summer" tour with Justin Timberlake. That tour sold out stadiums across the country.

The rapper is know for his business ventures and marriage to Beyoncé Knowles as well as songs such as "99 Problems," "Big Pimpin'" and "In Paris," which he created with Kanye West.

Tickets go on sale Sept. 12 at 10 a.m. at Ticketmaster.com, Pinnacle Bank Arena box office, Ticketmaster retail locations or by phone at 800-745-3000.
