User ID/Password/Login...

Q: What are the password requirements?

A: Your password must be at least 8 characters in length and is case-sensitive in that lower case characters are treated
differently than upper case characters: e.g., b and B are not the same. For example, if you established your password as
"Catsdogs". It must be entered this same way - capital "C" and lower case "atsdogs" for it to be recognized and matched in the
system.
